Cancellation Policy for Naturally Clean Again

At Naturally Clean Again, we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services tailored to your needs. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy:

  1. 48-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.

  2. Cancellation Fee:

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of $75 will be applied. This fee helps cover the costs associated with reserving your time slot and any disruptions caused to our schedule.

3. Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a new time that works for you.

4. Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. No-Show Policy:

If we are unable to enter the scheduled location upon arrival, you may be subject to additional fees. You will also be charged the full price of the cleaning service if the service needs to be canceled upon our arrival.

Naturally Clean Again Additional Fees Policy

At Naturally Clean Again, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. To ensure that we can meet your expectations and accommodate any special circumstances, please be aware of the following additional fees that may apply under certain conditions.

  1. Construction and Renovation Debris:

    If the cleaning environment includes significant construction or renovation debris, an additional fees may apply, depending on the extent of the debris.

  2. Excessive Messes:

    For areas with excessive messes beyond typical household conditions (e.g., extreme clutter, excessive dirt), an additional fees may be charged based on the severity and time required to clean.

  3. Pet Waste:

    If the cleaning environment contains pet waste that requires special attention, a fee of $40 will be added. This includes cleaning up after pets or addressing pet-related messes.

  4. Human Waste:

    Due to sanitary and safety reasons, we at Naturally Clean Again do not remove human waste.

  5. Specialized Cleaning Requests:

    Any specialized cleaning requests not included in the standard service may incur additional charges. These will be discussed and agreed upon before service is rendered.

    Notification and Agreement:

    If any of the above conditions apply, please inform us ahead of time. We will provide an estimate of the additional fees before proceeding with the cleaning.
